Mediation
The art of the mediation is to simplify and deconstruct complicated and complex matters. Our approach is centred around empathy and non-confrontation, with the ultimate goal of achieving a positive outcome for all parties.
GSC does not impose judgments or decisions on individuals, but instead, guides them towards a more objective and optimistic perspective of their issues. By doing so, GSC aims to establish effective communication channels between the parties involved, leading to a mutually agreeable resolution.

GSC is well positioned with its experience and its expertise to deal with these matters, specialising in dealing with all types of disputes, with a particular focus on the disputes listed.
-
Disputes vary in magnitude and in complexity. The complexity ranges between the number of parties whether they be contractors, developers, sub-contractors and other parties.
The nature of the dispute can depend on whether they are for variations, extensions of time, quality of workmanship, breach of contract, negligence and a whole lot more. The whole gamut of contract and negligence can form part of a dispute or any part of it.
-
These disputes have the added complication of family and emotional ties attached to them.
The skill of the mediator is to have the sympathy and empathy to be able to identify with the parties and yet simultaneously be able to remove the emotion from the situation so far as may be practical to try to dilute and defuse the emotional drivers from the matters to be resolved.
In all mediation, the skill of the mediator is to unpack the underlying emotional drivers which the parties may have and attempt to bring them closer to facilitating the mediation process by using the skillset gained by probing and listening, gleaned and gained through years of experience.
