Geoff is the director, principal consultant and founder at Geoff Sandler Consulting (GSC) which focuses on developing people and businesses in order to attain their strategic goals.

Geoff is both an experienced business and commercial lawyer which forms a base for his perspective generally and analytically. Geoff’s focus is mainly on effective communication, presentations, influencing negotiations client engagement planning, leadership communication and executive coaching.

In addition to the services in communication, Geoff has fine-tuned his mediation skills. He has mediated over a number of years but latterly undertook national accreditation and has a focus on construction, commercial, family and estate disputes.

Geoff was in private practice as a lawyer for over 20 years and has spent the past 19 years in this area of interpersonal communication and business development where he has worked with many of the top 20 companies on the ASX and top tier professional services firms and banks. He has also worked extensively in Australia, Asia and in South Africa.

Geoff has more than 33 years’ experience in providing commercial, business negotiation and dispute resolution services, to private and corporate clients. His specialty lies in providing businesses and individuals with expert advice in negotiating a commercial outcome. Geoff has a reputation of being approachable and understanding the needs of clients to effect their best outcome.
